Free Website Details (for HelloNote Subscription Holders)
HelloNote is pleased to offer a complimentary, professionally designed website to our valued subscription holders! This service is designed to provide you with a basic online presence to help you connect with your patients.
Details:
A professionally designed website hosted one our HelloNote Partner domain (e.g., partnerdomain.com/YourPracticeName). Please note: We do not offer full website hosting or domain transfers under this free plan.
- The website will be hosted on our domain, so no need to purchase any hosting.
- If you have a domain name that you bought, we will give you the URL to forward to when your website is up.
- The website will include the main page, about page, services provided, contact page, and an online-booking page for your patients
- You will be responsible to send us all the content for above pages, including your logo (with a transparent background), and up to 5 images. Please send this in ONE email to us at [email protected]
- 1 image will be used on the homepage
- The rest of the images will be used on the about page
- Once we receive everything from you, please allow 3 – 4 weeks for development, and we will send you the website as a preview once complete.
- You will have a chance to review the preview, and request any changes once before we publish it.
- If you need updates in the future, the cost is $25 per page.
- The website will stay live as part of your HelloNote subscription. If you cancel your subscription, your website can stay live for $25/month.
- Currently valid for new sign-ups only as of 1/1/2024
