Will the system be down during the migration?
The system will be temporarily unavailable approximately from this Friday at 10 PM EST until Monday at 8 AM EST. Please plan ahead and refrain from attempting to log in during this time.
Will my data be automatically carried over from HelloNote 1.0 to 2.0?
Yes, we will automatically transfer all your data, including schedules, notes, invoices, and documents to HelloNote 2.0. You can expect a seamless transition in this regard.
How do I log in to the new system?
Please ensure that you update any saved or bookmarked URLs to the new login page: https://emr.appv2.hellonote.com/account/login . The old URL will no longer work, however your username and password will remain the same.
Does HelloNote 2.0 look different than 1.0?
Yes, HelloNote 2.0 features a significantly updated user experience, which includes a new interface. We encourage you to allocate some time to explore the new navigation and interface. Although the interface is new, most components are consistent with HelloNote 1.0, ensuring you can retain all features and functionalities without the need for extensive relearning.
Will I lose any features?
One of our main reasons for upgrading to HelloNote 2.0 is to allow us to help our clients scale. This means we have major plans to enhance your user experience. This includes faster loading times, new features, and other enhancements. During the migration process, there may be features that are unavailable right away and will be available as soon as the full migration is complete over the next few months. We appreciate your patience during this time, however majority of features are already available.
Will I need to reconfigure any features?
At this time, we are only aware of appointment reminders (SMS and Email) not being sent for any appointments BEFORE the migrate. Once you migrate, new appointments will work, however the ones prior to the migration may not get sent. We are actively working on a solution for this.

Is there an increase in pricing?
No, this upgrade to HelloNote 2.0 does not come with an added cost. We work hard to ensure HelloNote pricing is fair and affordable to all, regardless of the size of your business.
Can I go back to HelloNote 1.0?
No, the migration will only work once. Once you are on the new HelloNote 2.0, you will not be able to go back to HelloNote 1.0. If you want to push back your migration date, please let us know ASAP. We plan all HelloNote users will be on HelloNote 2.0 by the end of the year as we completely phase out the 1.0 version.

What if I have any issues?
Should you encounter any issues, please report them directly to us, and we will address them right away. Our full migration process will be completed within the next few months, and we will start to introduce many new and anticipated features.
